Volunteer

We welcome enthusiastic individuals who are motivated to make a meaningful impact in our community. Opportunities are available Monday to Friday, during our regular hours.

What We Are Looking For

Volunteers must be 16 years or older (younger volunteers are welcome with a parent/guardian).

A strong understanding of English is required.

High school students looking to volunteer over the summer should apply by June 1st and commit to one shift per week in July and August.

For everyone’s safety, volunteers must provide two non-family references and complete a Vulnerable Sector Check.

Help Where It's Needed Most

  • Appointment Desk

    Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and help create a positive first impression.

    Needed Monday and Wednesday mornings.

  • Client Intake

    Assist clients with the intake process, when they arrive for their appointments.

    Needed Monday and Wednesday mornings.

  • Shopping Assistant

    Support clients as they shop for food, helping them locate items and providing a welcoming, respectful experience.

    Needed Mondays.

  • Delivery Driver

    Deliver food orders to clients in the community, ensuring they receive their groceries safely and on time.

    Needed Fridays.
